1 tablespoon of oil
5g of onion
5g of red pepper
5g of green capsicum
2g red chili
¼ teaspoon of oregano
Red chili powder
¼ teaspoon of roasted cumin powder
¼ teaspoon of garlic powder
Hot red chili sauce
½ cup of black beans
½ cup of corn kernels
1 tablespoon of coriander
½ lemon juice
How to make tacos for vegetarian
Step 1: Cut onion and red pepper into small pieces, and then saute them in about 2 mins.
Step 2: Chop green capsicum, and put it in the pan, then saute it with the chopped onion together with the chopped red pepper. Next, add red chili to this mixture. Then, add salt which depends on your taste.
Step 3: Add ¼ teaspoon of oregano, red chili powder which depends on your taste, ¼ teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder.
Step 4: Put an amount of barbeque sauce, tomato sauce, and hot red chili sauce. Then mix them well.
Step 5: Chop tomato and then saute for about 2 mins. Then, boil ½ cup of black beans, ½ cup of corn kernels, and add them to the mixture, then cook for another 3 mins.
Step 6: Mash the mixture while keeping turning the heat on, and cook until there is less water.
Step 7: For the salsa, Mix the chopped tomato, chopped onion, 1 tablespoon of chopped coriander, green chili, ¼ teaspoon of oregano, ¼ teaspoon of roasted cumin powder, black pepper, salt, ¼ lemon juice in a small bowl.
Step 8: Put 1 avocado and ¼ lemon juice, salt, ¼ teaspoon of coriander in a bowl, and mash them well.
Step 9: Put the chopped lettuce, beans mixture, mashed avocado, salsa, then we have a delicious taco.
