A Simple Guideline To A Delicious Cheesecake Brownie

Ingredients

For the brownies

100g unsalted butter

95g  semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped

170g sugar

2 eggs

2 egg yolk

2 teaspoon vanilla extract

100g all-purpose flour

15g unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

150g cream cheese, softened

How to make delicious cheesecake brownie

For the base

Step 1:

Set the oven and heat it to 300°F before baking.

In a bowl, put the hot water in, then make the butter and chocolate melt, mix them well until we have a smooth mixture. Use can use the microwave for melting butter and chocolate

Step 2:

Put 130g sugar into the mixture, and then stir them. Wait about 10 – 15 minutes for it to cool down a little bit.

Step 3:

Put  2 eggs and 1 egg yolk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the above mixture, and then stir them until they combine well in about 2 mins.

Step 4:

Add the flour, 15g cocoa powder, and ½ teaspoon of sal, and them mix them until you feel that you have a smooth mixture. And, put ½ of the mixture in the mold.

For the cream cheese

Step 5:

Take another bowl, put the cream cheese and 40g sugar, then mix them well.  Put 1 egg yolk and vanilla extract, and stir them until it becomes smooth.

Step 6:

Take each spoon of the cream cheese and put them on the mixture in the mold which has a layer of brownie. Then, fill in the blank spaces by 1/2 left-over brownie mixture. Finally,  swirl softly by the tip of the knife.

Step 7:

Bake in 25-30 mins. After that, take it out, then wait for it to cool down in 5 mins. Then, leave it in the fridge from 2 hours before cutting. That’s all for our delicious cheesecake brownie. Hope you will like it!
