300 ml hot water (> 60o C)

½ tbsp of Korean chili sauce
150g lean chicken
50g cabbage gram
50g onion gram

Instruction for making a chicken burrito
For the cover
Step 1: First, put corn flour, all-purpose flour, salt, butter well in a bowl, and pour hot water in the mixture and mix them until they combine.
Step 2: Use your hands to knead the dough in 2- 3 mins until it’s smooth and does not stick to your hands.
Step 3: Next, make the small dough balls. Then, use the rolling pin to create slices (12 cm in diameter)
Step 4: Take a frying pan, turn the heat on at the high mode. Then, put the slice and bake each side in 1 -2 mins until they have the golden brown color.
Step 5: Put the hot cover of burrito on a clean towel and cover them to make it soft. That’s done for the cover
For the filling
Step 1: Cut the cabbage and onion into small strings, put them into a large bowl having water, and leave it there in 10 mins. After that, take them out of the water
Step 2: For the sauce, add mirin wine, chili sauce, oyster sauce, chili powder, Korean chili sauce into a small bowl, and then stir them well
Step 3: Cut the lean chicken into small pieces, and sauce them in 3 -4 mins. Next, you will put the above sauce into the pan, and continue to stir until it fully cooked.
