A Simple Instruction To Make Salmon Porridge At Home

  • 200g salmon fillet
  • 10g of mung beans
  • Sticky rice
  • Leek
  • 2 cloves of shallot
  • 1 ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Scallion, lemon leaves, coriander
  • Salt, fish sauce and sesame oil

How to make the nutritious salmon porridge at home

Step 1: Marinate the salmon fillets: 1 tbsp of sesame oil, 1 tbsp of fish sauce, a little bit of ginger, chopped leek, lemon leaves and coriander. Then leave it in a bowl for 15mins, and boil it after that.

Step 2: For this step, remove the fish bones. When boiling the salmon fillet, we will create a better taste.

Step 3: Sauce the sticky rice on a frying pan with the medium heat

Step 4: Grill 2 cloves of shallot

Step 5: Put the sauced rice into a pot of fish boiling water. We can continue to boil it until the rice is fully cooked.

Step 6: Next, add 10g of mung beans. Until it boils, put chopped grilled shallot and chopped leek for a better taste. Stir it well so that the rice will not stick at the bottom of the pot.

Step 7: Sauce the fillet, garlic, and shallot, add ½ tbsp of fish sauce. After that, put the sauced fish and then turn off the heat.
