150g of tapioca starch
15g of all-purpose flour
5g olive oil
8g of honey
50g of unsweetened milk
30g of butter

Instruction for the sweet potato bread
Step 1: Put 150g of tapioca starch, 15g of all-purpose flour, and 1g of salt in a large bowl, then mix them well.
Step 2: Add 1 egg, 5g olive oil, 8g of honey, and 50g of unsweetened milk, then mix them well until you cannot see any dry flour.
Step 3: Put 30g of butter, then use your hand to knead the dough until we have a smooth and soft one.
Step 4: Use plastic wrap to cover the bowl and place it in the fridge in about 2 hours.
Step 5: Boil 250g of sweet potato. Until it is fully cooked, mash them. You can add some honey if you want it to have a sweeter taste. Then, add some mozzarella if you are the person loving cheese so much. This is optional. Next, mix them well
Step 6: After 2 hours, take the dough out of the fridge, then divide it into small pieces (about 50 g/ piece)
Step 7: For this step, make it into small balls, then flatten, put the sweet potato in the center, and fold them into sweet potato shape as much as possible.
Step 8: Roll them into the purple sweet potato flour
Step 9: Turn the heat on at 180C in about 20 mins before, then bake in about 20 mins. Now, we already have the sweet potato bread. It looks good with the purple color and has a sweet delicious taste. I hope you will like it!
