As you probably know, a banana contains a lot of nutrients, and it has a natural sweetness. So, it is used in many dishes. And today, we are going to find out how to make a healthy and delicious dish from banana, and it is banana bread. Now, let’s do it!
Preparation
½ cup of all-purpose flour
½ cup of the whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
1 ½ banana
½ tablespoon of coconut oil
½ tablespoon of honey
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
3ml lemon juice

How to make a healthy banana bread
Step 1: Put ½ cup of all-purpose flour, ½ cup of the whole wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ½ teaspoon of cinnamon into a big bowl, then mix them well with a whisk.
Step 2: Use 1 ½ banana ( don’t use green ones), peel and mash them in another bowl.
Step 3: Add ½ tablespoon of coconut oil, ½ tablespoon of honey, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 3ml of lemon juice into the bowl of mashed banana. And then, mix them well with a whisk
Step 4: Put the mixed flour into the mashed banana gradually. And, mix them until you cannot see any dry flour.
Step 5: Spray a little bit of oil to the mold so that the outside of the bread will not stick to the mold. Then, put the mixture to the mold. Turn the heat on at 350F, and bake in about 20 mins to 30 mins.
Step 6: When it is done, let it cool down completely. And then we slice it into small slices. And now, a delicious and healthy banana bread is ready for you to enjoy!
