How To Cook Delicious Thai Tom Yum Kung

Ingredients

50g of citronella

5 lemon leaves

100g of galangal root

100g of onion

5g of chili

500ml of water

Salt

150g of straw mushroom

100g of shrimps

½ tomato sauce

100ml coconut cream

4 tablespoons of fish sauce

5g of lemon juice

Instruction to make  delicious Thai Tom Yum Kung

Step 1: Chop 50g of citronella, cut 5 lemon leaves, cut 100g of galangal root and 100g of onion into slices, chop 5g of chili

Step 2: Add salt to a bowl of 500ml water, and put 150g of straw mushroom into it in about 15 mins.

Step 3: Peel, remove the head, and devein 100g of shrimps.

Step 4: Turn the heat on, and then sauce the shrimp heads, garlic, and 100g sliced onion in about 5 mins. Next, add 1l of water, 150g of straw mushroom, ½ tomato sauce, and stir it well.

Step 5: Add 50g of chopped citronella, lemon leaves, 100g of galangal root, 5g of chopped chili and 100ml coconut cream, 4 tablespoons of fish sauce

Step 6: Add 5g of lemon juice, and then put 100g of shrimps into it. Until it boils, we can turn off the heat.
