How to make a fresh and delicious matcha green tea ice cream

As you probably know, matcha-related dishes have become increasingly popular these days, and green tea ice cream is a really famous dessert not only in Japan but also in other countries around the world. 2 cups of heavy whipping cream

1 cup of condensed  milk

2 – 3 tbsp of matcha powder

How to make green tea ice cream

Step 1:

Put 2 cups of heavy whipping cream in a bowl, and whip it until double.

Step 2:

Put 1 cup of condensed milk and matcha powder into the whipped cream bowl.

Note that we should not use an electric mixer to mix the green tea powder with other ingredients.

Then, use the mixer to whip it again, but don’t do it too long. And if there are matcha powder that is not mixed well, it will be okay.

Step 3:

Put the mixture in a mold, and then place it into the fridge. Remember to take a plastic wrap to cover it if you don’t want to have an ice layer on the surface.

Step 4:

Freeze it from 4 to 5 hours

Step 5:

When it is done, you can enjoy it with some kinds of nuts that you want for a better flavor.
