How To Make A Healthy Honey Cinnamon Rooibos Tea

As you probably know, rooibos tea has a variety of benefits. It is antioxidant-rich which is really significant for our health to protect our skin and bodies from radicals. Moreover,  this type of tea is also able to keep the cholesterol level under the control.

The tea

French press or tea pot

Instruction to make rooibos tea

Step 1:

Bring the organic rooibos tea to the French press or a tea pot to steep the tea. Pour two cups of hot water to the French press, and then put the lid on. You will want to leave it steep for about ten minutes. You can make it longer if you want the tea tastes stronger.

Step 2:

When waiting for the tea steeping, we are going to add other ingredients including a tablespoon of coconut oil and a tablespoon of grass-fed butter to the blender. We are also going to add  a teaspoon of vanilla and a teaspoon and a half of cinnamon, and then 2 tablespoons of raw honey

Step 3:

When the 10 minutes pass, and we have the tea, you can press the tea, and add it to the blender. ( (Note that when we put the lid on, let’s take the little vent off the top so it does not  get too steamy and hot in the blender

Step 4:

Blend all the ingredients for about 15 secs at a low speed. And that’s all to have an amazing and healthy honey cinnamon rooibos tea, and I hope you will like it.
