How To Make A Perfect Kimchi Fried Rice For Lunch

As you may know, there are a lot of delicious dishes with kimchi. So, today, we are going to find out the recipe to cook a perfect kimchi fried rice for lunch. Now, let’s start!


Olive oil

15g of onion

100g sausage

100g kimchi

1 bowl of well-cooked rice

1tbsp of sesame oil

2 tbsp of soy sauce

2 tbsp of Korean chili sauce

Scallion (optional)

1 egg

Roasted sesame seeds

How to make a perfect kimchi fried rice

Step 1: Chop 15g of onion. Then, put olive oil in a frying pan, then turn the heat on, and add 15g of chopped onion to the pan.

Step 2: Cut 100g sausage into small cubes, then add to the frying pan, and mix them well with other ingredients.

Step 3: Until all of the above ingredients turn to have a golden color, we can add 100g kimchi, and keep stirring them until it combines well. Then, add 1 bowl of well-cooked rice into the pan, and stir all of them with a wooden spoon.

Step 4: For this step, we put 1tbsp of sesame oil, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, 2 tbsp of Korean chili sauce, and mix them well. Then, you can add some of the scallion if you want.

Step 5: While waiting for the kimchi rice to be done, we can fry an egg with another pan.

Step 6: When cooking is done, we serve the fried rice in a bowl, then add the fried egg on top of the rice. And you also add some roasted sesame seeds for a bowl of better rice.
