3 Egg yolks
250g Heavy cream
170g Whole milk
5g Vanilla paste
How to make vanilla ice cream
Add 3 egg yolks, and 175g heavy cream, then mix them in a bowl.
On the next step, put 175g heavy cream, 170g whole milk, 50g sugar, and 5g vanilla paste. Stir them well. If sugar is not dissolved, it will be okay.
Step 3: Ice cream
