Instruction to make Santa Claus from toilet paper core
Step 1: Use red paper to wrap around the whole toilet paper core
Step 2: The next step is to press the top of the paper core down in about 1cm inside, then do it as the image marked 3 below. Do the same thing for the opposite side of the toilet paper core. Note: the tips of two sides of the paper core need to be alternate as in the following pictures.
Step 3: Press a little bit the upper half of the paper core, and stick two sides of the creases together by using the tape. Before sticking them together, you can use a small rope to put it in the center for hanging and decorating purpose later. You will bend the other tips to the sides to make Santa Claus’s legs.
Step 4: Cut a triangle with white paper, and then use a black marker to draw Santa Claus’ face. Then, use the glue to stick the face onto the paper core as the below image. You can also use the black marker to color the legs to make boots and draw a belt in the central area of the paper core.
Step 5: Don’t forget to add a small cotton ball on the top of Santa Claus’ hat to make it cute and lovely. So, just spending a few minutes helps you recycle the toilet paper core and make it become an adorable Christmas decoration.
