40g of garlic
500g tomato sauce
50g tomato paste
120ml water

2g of dried oregano
2g of dried thyme

How to make spaghetti with beef and tomato sauce
Step 1: Chop 1/2 of an onion and carrot, 1 green pepper, 1 red pepper, 1/2 of courgette and put it in a bowl.
Step 2: For the next step, turn the heat on and boil water, add a little bit of salt, 15ml of olive oil. Until, it boils, put the spaghetti into the water and cook as the instruction on the package.
Step 3: While waiting for the spaghetti to be fully cooked, we can mince 40g of garlic, and put in the pan and saute with olive oil. After 20 secs, we add the chopped onion, carrot, green pepper, red pepper, and courgette. Then, keep stirring them, and add salt and black pepper, and put 50g tomato paste (This is optional).
Step 4: Next, put 500g of ground beef, and add 500g tomato sauce, then mix them well until it combines completely.
Step 5: Add 120ml water, 2g of dried oregano, 2g of dried thyme, and keep stirring them.
Step 6: Finally, when we fully cook the spaghetti, take it out of the boiled water, serve it on a dish, and then add the beef sauce on top of it. That’s how we get the spaghetti with beef and tomato sauce. You can add parsley, and Parmesan cheese for better taste.
