Instruction To Make Classic Cheese Beef Burger

Ingredients

  • 200g of minced beef gram 
  • 1 round bread 
  • 20g of bread crumbs  
  • 1 -2 slices of cheese 
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 tomato 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 2 lettuce leaves 
  • Fish sauce, sugar, salt, chili and tomato sauce

How to make classic cheese beef burger

Step 1: Peel onion and divide it into 2 parts. Then, use ½ of onion and cut it and tomato into slices

Step 2: Next, put 200g of minced beef gram in a large bowl, then add 20g of bread crumbs together with 1 egg yolk.

Step 3: Mix them well until they combine completely.

Step 4: For this step, add 1 tbsp of fish sauce, 2 tbsps of sugar, a little bit of black pepper, mix all of the ingredients, and place the bowl in the fridge for about 30 mins for a better taste.

Step 5: Turn the heat on, add a little bit of oil, then sauce sliced onion, put it on a dish to use later and make an omelet egg.

Step 6: After 30 mins, divide the beef mixture into 4 parts. Next, make beef balls, then make them flat in about 1.5 cm. It would be better if all of the beef pieces have the same thickness.

Step 7: Put them in the frying pan, and fully cook both sides of them. While frying, turn the heat on a medium heat. And when they are fully cooked, serve on a dish.

Step 8: Cut the round bread into 2 parts, and put the lettuce on half of it. Next, add some slices of tomato, fried beef, cheese, onion, egg, and then put half of the bread on top.
